Lead and manage the hotel's sales and marketing department to maximize revenue: develop sales strategies and annual marketing plans, manage outside sales and group servicing, train and hold sales staff accountable, coordinate with hotel management and GM, monitor yield/rates, and perform assigned duties to meet budgeted goals.

Manage daily financial operations for a resort including payments processing, reconciliations, purchasing/receiving support, recordkeeping, financial reporting, analyses, and collaboration with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and supporting special projects.
