Provide systems-engineering oversight for enterprise virtual desktop (EVDI) environments, assess service provider implementations, recommend performance and architecture improvements, integrate VDI with cloud and other IT domains, perform cost/schedule/performance analyses, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring policy compliance and service delivery optimization.

Design and document enterprise IT architecture patterns for customer networks. Analyze existing systems, interview SMEs, assess mission criticality, recommend common services, and standardize architecture patterns across a large IT enterprise.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar and conference room management, travel arrangements and vouchers, briefing and correspondence review, coordinating decision documents and governance artifacts, and managing in/out processing documentation for contractors.

Maintain and monitor master schedules across multiple projects, track critical path, advise leadership on project status, and ensure timely delivery using inputs from varied sources.

Lead network architecture and engineering efforts: establish standards, design, evaluate, implement, and optimize major network systems. Oversee staffing, resource allocation, risk and financial feasibility, integration planning, and mentor technical teams as the organization’s principal network expert.

Lead network design and architecture efforts, develop current/transitional/future state strategies, ensure compatibility and security, define technical solutions, and design/configure/troubleshoot network infrastructure and services. Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support for routers, switches, LAN/WAN, wireless, and firewalls while aligning architecture with organizational goals.

Perform SETA systems engineering and technical assistance for an IC customer: support network infrastructure provisioning, troubleshoot Layer 2/3 issues, recommend architectures and acquisitions, document and present findings, and support cloud and high-speed/Big Data environments.

Provide continuous monitoring (ConMon) cyber engineering support: mature ISCM program, generate process improvements, collect and report ConMon data/metrics, validate BOEs, mentor ISSOs, assist SCAs/FISMA/IG teams, and recommend ESS tool improvements to support risk decisions across the enterprise.
