Build and run people data governance: define standards, maintain data dictionary, ensure master data quality, enforce access/privacy controls, partner with HR/Finance/IT, enable trusted reporting, automation, and responsible analytics.

Own design, build, documentation, and continuous improvement of ExOps systems for Talent Development.
