Provide engineering support for US Navy HM&E, electronics, and combat systems including system redesign, shipboard alterations, fleet in-service engineering, and ship checks. Willingness to travel up to 20%; must meet security and drug-screening requirements.

Conduct ship checks aboard Navy vessels to validate work notifications, identify scope, components, interferences, and systems; document findings with sketches and photographs in PDF, upload to NMD, and forward reports to planners. Requires lifting equipment, travel (~10% overseas), and ability to obtain facility access credentials and security clearance.

Provide lifecycle support for supervisory machinery control systems on Arleigh Burke class ships and LBES: troubleshoot microprocessor-based control systems, perform shipboard and land-based SW/HW installations, develop and execute test procedures, review technical documentation, and support design and integration of future MCS systems.

Lead a technical team to support HM&E systems: develop/change maintenance sketches, redline electrical drawings, and create testing/maintenance procedures per Navy standards. Manage schedules, resources, risk matrices, configuration management, progress reporting, and liaise with OEMs, program managers, and stakeholders.

Manage and oversee all LCS Planning Yard IT requirements for a U.S. Navy contract, including hardware/software, personnel IT credentialing, CMMC coordination, and administration of HMS, IPDE, and CMC. Support Ship Change Documents, design checks, installation drawings, configuration management, logistics, availability planning, and ISEA support while reporting to the Program Manager.

Serve as Contracts Manager supporting U.S. Navy planning yard work. Responsible for full contract administration including subcontracts, vendor purchase orders, maintaining contract files, and preparing contract reports. Work involves ship maintenance/modernization support, compliance with FAR/DFARS/OCI, and requires eligibility for U.S. Secret clearance and naval facility access.

Develop and administer the Q.E.D. LCS Planning Yard Quality Assurance Program supporting U.S. Navy planning yard activities. Oversee QA for Ship Change Documents, Design Ship Checks, Ship Installation Drawings, configuration management, logistics support, availability planning, and ISEA support. Conduct QA audits, inspections, and training; ensure NAVSEA standards compliance; report to Program Manager.
