Manage academic calendar, faculty timetabling, assessment scheduling, accreditation and committee administration, compile student progression and evaluation data, support Dean's office with communications, records, and logistical coordination for accreditation and site visits.

Provide research and information literacy instruction, liaise with academic departments, develop online and in-person instructional materials and assessments, offer research consultations and multi-channel reference support, manage collection development tasks, and collaborate on digital learning objects and course-embedded library modules.

Provide help-desk technical support to faculty and staff across Windows and macOS devices; troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, classroom technology and AV systems; deploy and configure laptops, PCs and printers; support Zoom and Teams meetings and events; escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams; create documentation and coordinate manufacturer warranty repairs. May require off-hours and on-site event support.
