Manage high-budget paid social lead-generation campaigns (primarily Meta) for 20–25 clients, analyze performance and data to optimize quality, volume and revenue, run tests and iterate strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to build acquisition funnels.

Manage and optimize high-budget paid search acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) to drive lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin.
