Lead a team of designers to define gameplay pillars, develop gameplay/combat/systems/story/level design, collaborate with directors and domain leads, mentor designers, create documentation, and define technical requirements to realize the game vision.

Lead and own the game's creative direction from concept to release. Define mechanics, systems and player experience; guide prototyping and production; align with CCO/CPO; manage budgets/schedules; mentor and lead cross-functional teams; resolve creative/technical roadblocks; perform QA play sessions; research market trends and ensure commercial success.

Lead design and implementation of stealth and combat systems, NPC behaviours, enemy archetypes, encounters and combat spaces. Drive features from concept through polish, collaborate with programmers, animation, level design and other disciplines, balance moment-to-moment gameplay, prototype solutions, iterate on feedback, and maintain quality and consistency across stealth/combat experiences.
