Two-year graduate rotational role focusing on optimizing optical sorter maintenance and spare parts management. Responsibilities include spare parts analysis, MRO mapping, TCO modeling, SAP codification standardization, supporting Mendix deployment, developing maintenance procedures, piloting solutions at Newhouse, and scaling across Glass Recycling sites.

Lead and execute process engineering projects from concept to commissioning at the Jaguaruna site. Design and optimize minerals processing, run lab/industrial trials, create flow sheets, estimate costs, support implementation and commissioning, troubleshoot production issues, promote OpEx/Lean & Six Sigma practices, train operators, ensure HSE compliance, and produce technical reports and manuals.

Support the Group Head of Audit & Risk Management by building and executing the annual internal audit plan, monitoring remediation, advising on controls and ERM, improving audit methodology and digitalisation, coordinating co-sourcing, and working with senior management and the Audit Committee to strengthen controls and reduce risk across the Group.

Lead cluster financial controlling and HR operations: budgeting, product costing, inventory accounting, period-end close, CAPEX oversight, recruitment/onboarding, performance management, payroll/attendance tracking, and transactional procurement support. Provide insights to cluster leadership and ensure compliance with group policies.

Maintain accounting journals and ledgers, verify and code invoices, prepare journal entries, check supporting documents, enter data into ERP, and compile financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide customer service and commercial support for orders, onboarding, complaints, and export/import logistics; manage order entry, documentation, shipment tracking, CRM logging, and coordination with customs and sales/QA teams.

Support acquisition and planning for UK mineral reserves and estates. Manage land asset portfolio, engage landowners and local authorities, support planning applications and EIAs, instruct consultants, maintain land database/GIS, and represent company interests to stakeholders and communities.

Lead cluster finance activities including full-scope accounting (GL/AR/AP), period-end closing and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX justification and post-review, tax reconciliation, audit/compliance, internal controls, legal/secretarial support, and people management.

Manage end-to-end payroll for country entities, ensure compliance with laws, calculate gross-to-net and deductions, handle payroll journal entries and bank reconciliations, produce analytical reports, advise management, communicate salary/deduction details, and support payroll system selection and integration.

Designs and optimizes mineral processing circuits across comminution, sizing, flotation, magnetic/electrostatic separation and dewatering. Plans and evaluates lab, pilot, and plant testing; performs process simulations and mass/water balances; develops process flowsheets and equipment specs; supports P&IDs and process control/automation integration.
