Manage event concepts, run-of-show, VIP protocol, vendors, budgets, on-site operations, cross-team coordination (operations, media, social), supervise events executive, and conduct post-event reviews and asset management.

Plan and execute photography and video shoots across the network, capture and edit short- and long-form content, obtain permits and access, maintain the content library and metadata, manage production equipment, and coordinate with copywriters, designers and events teams while ensuring security and usage-rights compliance.

Create and edit copy across channels (social, digital, web, app, email, push), corporate collateral, passenger-facing notices and press releases. Translate/adapt between English and Bahasa Malaysia. Maintain tone-of-voice, style guide and terminology glossary. Proofread and fact-check content, verify claims against internal sources, prepare government-facing material, and manage boilerplate language. Support stakeholder communications and other duties as assigned.
