Lead planning, integration, and delivery of complex IT projects across a DoD-classified enterprise. On-site AV/IT Program Manager overseeing MSCoE G6 AV/IT support contract: lead personnel, manage staffing and contract performance, ensure compliance with DoD/Army cybersecurity, oversee help desk operations, produce reports and deliverables, plan lifecycle upgrades, enforce QASP metrics, coordinate event support, and manage risks and documentation.
