Lead and manage the local sales team at NTS Drachten as a working manager. Drive revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and account management for semiconductor and analytical customers. Translate technical capabilities into customer propositions, develop growth plans, optimize local sales processes, and support strategic business development nationally and internationally.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and part approval (APQP/PPAP/FAI). Manage supplier corrective actions (8D), monitor supplier performance, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support NPI with cross-functional teams to improve supplier process capability and product quality.

Perform literature study and analyze performance of an interferometric focus sensor lab setup. Propose and verify improvements, redesign for outside-lab use, and, time permitting, build and experimentally validate a prototype.
