Manage and grow WHS foster program: recruit, train, and support foster volunteers and Foster Assistant Volunteers; maintain foster database; coordinate placements, appointments, and interdepartmental collaboration; develop policies, training, and efficient systems; monitor foster length of stay and communications (including foster Facebook group); ensure animals are prepared and placed for foster care.
