Support procurement contracting lifecycle including solicitations (RFP/RFQ/IFB), bid evaluation, negotiations, contract drafting, administration, addenda, vendor performance resolution, protest investigations, and reporting. Supervise HR auditing division; design and conduct internal HR and financial audits; analyze data, maintain financial records, develop policies, prepare reports with recommendations, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Defend indigent clients in City Court: prepare cases, conduct client and witness interviews, research law, draft pleadings, negotiate pleas, and handle hearings and trials. Provide court coverage, supervise support staff on case tasks, perform crime scene documentation, and consult with supervisors and prosecutors as needed.

Own the vision, roadmap, and governance for the City's Workday ERP platform. Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, prioritize and direct cross-functional teams and vendors, translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, supervise and develop staff, and ensure consistent user adoption and delivery of ERP features from planning through sustainment.
