Manage asset oversight for City-owned affordable housing, supervise third-party property managers, monitor compliance and financial/operational performance, lead high-priority housing projects, coordinate stakeholders and public engagement, and ensure regulatory and budgetary requirements are met.

Lead review and acceptance of water master and construction plans for developer-funded projects. Perform hydraulic modeling, coordinate stakeholders, prepare technical comments, mentor division staff, and manage projects from inception through completion to ensure compliance with regulations and Tucson Water standards.

Provide administrative support for the Police Department by digitizing, organizing, and migrating historical investigative records into the AXON platform; answer phones and enter information; analyze crime programs and trends; support community outreach and meetings; partner with departments and agencies to address quality-of-life issues; prepare statistics and public information; perform other assigned duties.

Provides advanced legal services in the Internal Litigation Unit, litigating complex tort and Section 1983 cases in state and federal courts. Performs legal research, drafts pleadings, appears in court, tries cases, advises Risk Management and City departments to mitigate liability, and mentors junior attorneys.

Maintain and support HRIS integrity by analyzing system functions, configuring and testing updates, writing and running reports, performing audits, monitoring integrations between HCM and timekeeping systems, and creating user training and documentation. Collaborate with IT, HR staff, working groups, and consultants to translate business needs into technical HRIS requirements.

Manage HCD grant operations across the full lifecycle: identify opportunities, write proposals and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor financials and outcomes, oversee subaward compliance, supervise staff, prepare reports, and maintain award records for City Council and public dissemination.
