Provide commercial and administrative support to the Pipes & Fittings sales team: prepare quotations and pro forma invoices, process orders in ERP/CRM, coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics for timely delivery, maintain customer records, support tender/BOQ preparation, handle customer queries and invoicing reconciliation, and drive continuous improvements to sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Review tender documents and perform technical analysis for BMS/HVAC controls. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates. Coordinate vendors, obtain quotations, and develop techno-commercial proposals. Conduct value engineering and support procurement, sales, design, and project teams through pre-award and handover stages.

Lead and mentor a sales team selling fire fighting, fire alarm, and AMC services in Abu Dhabi. Act as technical-commercial lead for key accounts, develop sales strategies, prepare tenders and AMC quotations, coordinate cross-functional delivery, conduct site surveys and audits, and ensure CRM pipeline and contract lifecycle management to drive renewals and growth.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS technical components (Forms, Reports, APEX, Workflows). Build and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, perform query tuning, implement integrations via APIs, web services and Open Interface tables, and provide technical support and troubleshooting while collaborating with functional teams.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for fire protection systems by reviewing tender documents and 2D drawings, coordinating with design teams and clients, ensuring compliance with NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Civil Defense, and delivering competitive proposals within deadlines.
