Supports social media management, content creation, community engagement, reporting, PR and influencer collaborations, hotel and restaurant communications, website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. The trainee collaborates with hotel departments to promote offers and deliver memorable guest experiences while managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating with international audiences in French and English.

Support coordination of employee training and development across hotel departments: schedule sessions, prepare materials and records, track compliance, assist onboarding and engagement initiatives, and provide HR administrative support.

Support the hotel's marketing team with social media and community management, content creation, influencer and brand partnerships, event promotion, PR, website updates, reporting and market research. Participate in creative brainstorming, campaign execution, and performance analysis while gaining hands-on hospitality and lifestyle marketing experience.
