Oversees club basketball activities, supports player development and team travel, supervises part-time staff and coaches, and maintains a high-quality experience for athletes, families, teams, and guests.

Prepare, operate, and restore sports venues for practices, games, and events. Responsibilities include equipment assembly and minor repairs, inventory management, crowd control, ticketing, game operations, venue cleaning, scheduling oversight, league administration, digital communications, and supporting sports, events, and rental teams. The role requires sports knowledge, organization, sound judgment, communication skills, physical activity, lifting up to 65 pounds, and flexibility for irregular hours and stressful deadlines.
