Lead the design and implementation of a federal data-governance program. Establish operating models, policies, standards, councils, stewardship roles, metadata and catalog requirements, issue-resolution processes, KPIs, training, documentation, and change-management initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment, evaluate governance platforms, build reusable assets, and improve data quality, adoption, compliance, and enterprise data maturity.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, analytical workflows, dashboards, and user-facing applications using Palantir Foundry and related technologies. Analyze, clean, integrate, and validate data; develop queries and scripts; support data modeling, testing, documentation, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, troubleshoot data issues, and apply user-centered UX/UI principles. Minimum qualifications include two or more years of relevant technical experience and proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript or TypeScript.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Translate business requirements into scalable, secure applications, implement integrations (APIs, Azure, SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics), apply ALM/CI-CD and DevOps practices, and support environments, performance, and documentation.

Provide systems engineering and programmatic support to the U.S. Navy FMS directorate, both on-site and off-site. Oversee system security solution development and compliance with TIG and Anti-Tamper frameworks, support risk management, develop and review SEPs/SEMPs and vendor AT plans, produce technical briefs and correspondence, and maintain program schedules.

Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications, support RMF/ATO processes, integrate automated security scanning, apply DoD hardening standards, script automations, perform Linux administration, and collaborate with teams to remediate vulnerabilities and document security controls.

Support program controls by developing and analyzing EVM/IPM metrics, performing baseline and IMS analysis, forecasting cost/schedule outcomes, conducting ETL across cost/schedule/ERP systems, building dashboards and reports, assessing contractor/government estimates, and mentoring junior analysts to support federal program decision-making.

Perform program life-cycle cost estimates, O&S and economic analyses, assess credibility of government and industry cost estimates, conduct variance and risk analysis, document and present results, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with clients and IPTs.

Evaluate and develop defensible cost and price positions for government and industry proposals; produce lifecycle cost estimates, risk and sensitivity analyses, and economic analyses; assess credibility of cost estimates and savings initiatives; support negotiations and embedded program teams; document, present, and defend analytical results; and mentor junior analysts.

Support senior cyber SMEs by collecting, tagging, and structuring risk assessment data; link assessments to external threat/vulnerability databases; build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and knowledge bases to enable proactive risk detection, trend analysis, and reporting for leadership.

Serve as a cyber risk SME conducting on-site and remote risk assessments using NIST SP 800-30, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat modeling. Develop mitigation strategies, produce risk characterization reports, manage assessment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary SMEs, enable data tagging and knowledge capture, and advise stakeholders on risk acceptance and remediation while supporting proactive, threat-informed risk management across mission-critical environments.
