Provide in-house legal support for a global AI startup across Middle East, ASEAN, Hong Kong, and the Americas. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (licences, vendor agreements, NDAs, partnerships), advise on compliance and regional regulations, manage and protect IP assets, liaise with external counsel and stakeholders, and report legal risks to the board.
