Owns Dealer Program onboarding, serving as the primary subject matter expert and coordinating with sales leadership. Manages onboarding support tickets, background-check and badging completion, compliance tracking, credentialing, systems access provisioning, and reporting. Supports onboarding across sales channels, troubleshoots CRM and order-processing tools, and helps improve onboarding processes. Requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and the ability to learn contracts, carrier requirements, and business systems.

Drive growth across apartment and multi-dwelling properties by owning a territory, prospecting and onboarding properties, building relationships with property teams, engaging residents to close sales, hosting events, tracking performance in CRM, and supporting signups through installation while collaborating with carrier partners and participating in ongoing sales training.
