Create and revise electrical drawings from customer project files using CAD; design or assist HMI graphics and programming; produce documentation and ECNs; support manufacturing and customer service; collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and minimize rework.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects ensuring safety, quality, budget, and customer satisfaction. Manage resources, risks, project finances, continuous improvement, and supervise Sales Support Organization staff while supporting compliance, reporting, and technology tools.
