Supports a museum docent program by assisting with volunteer and junior docent training, scheduling, recruitment, and coordination. Develops and maintains interpretive materials, educational activities, websites, and file resources; evaluates docent practices; resolves scheduling and program issues; and supports daily programming and special events. The role serves as a staff liaison on weekends and requires flexible scheduling, communication skills, occasional outdoor work, and community-focused educational engagement.

Provides administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining personnel records, managing HRIS and ATS updates, coordinating recruiting, onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, I-9 and E-Verify processing, tracking credentials and vaccinations, assisting with benefits enrollment, and responding to routine employee inquiries. The role also supports HR reporting, events, office administration, compliance tracking, and departmental coordination while handling confidential information.
