Lead full HR function for UAE operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor law, visa/WPS/Emiratization, HR policy, training, HR analytics, and HR team leadership.

Build and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, follow up on inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, monitor satisfaction, and track market trends to improve service delivery.
