We’re looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join Softspace Infotech ( a tech subsidiary of ASICO) and help turn approved requirements into well-structured, actionable work. You’ll play a key role in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and keeping delivery visible across teams to ensure projects stay organized and on track.
What you’ll do
- Understand requirement documents and specifications, and break them into epics, stories and tasks with clear descriptions, estimates and acceptance criteria.
- Assign tasks to developers, QA and design as directed by the Project Manager, and keep priorities, due dates and dependencies accurate.
- Set up and maintain sprints, boards and the backlog; track daily progress and flag blockers, delays and scope changes early.
- Prepare sprint reports — committed vs. delivered scope, velocity, carry-overs, defects, risks — and present status to the Product Owner.
- Support sprint ceremonies and act as the coordination point between the Project Manager, the development team and the Product Owner.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in project coordination, scrum support or business analysis in a software product or IT services environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com or a similar tool — boards, sprints, filters and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the defect life cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria from a specification.
- Strong written and spoken English, and confidence reporting to senior stakeholders.
Benefits
- ERP, real estate or property management product experience.
- PSM / CSM certification.
- Basic SQL and API familiarity.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across locations.
