Lead planning and delivery of commercial construction projects from contract review through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, and field teams; generate billings, POs, and progress reports; interface with clients, mitigate risks, and ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.

Process, verify, and enter vendor and subcontractor invoices; reconcile vendor accounts; process weekly payments; review corporate card expenses; maintain vendor records and compliance documents; resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and project managers.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, maintain ATS records, schedule interviews, support onboarding, represent the company at recruiting events, and provide regular hiring updates while ensuring confidentiality and process improvements.
