Build Endra’s product marketing function from scratch by owning product launches, customer stories, messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Partner with founders, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex AI products into compelling market narratives, improve adoption and revenue, and establish repeatable launch processes, content systems, and messaging frameworks.

Own Endra’s founder-led content engine and events program to generate awareness, demand, and measurable pipeline. Build the company’s content systems, editorial calendar, field marketing strategy, and event playbooks from scratch. Create content across social channels, manage conferences and executive events, collaborate with founders and sales, oversee external contractors, and analyze performance. The role requires strong storytelling, entrepreneurial ownership, organization, creativity, and experience delivering business outcomes in startup content or events marketing.

Serve as technical bridge between sales and engineers to ensure customer success: support discovery calls, lead onboarding and training (on-site and online), monitor adoption first 0–90 days, translate customer feedback to product roadmap, and drive long-term value plus upsell opportunities.

Lead Endra's go-to-market and brand from 0→1: define strategy, own demand generation, product marketing, communications, and KPIs; partner with product and sales; run campaigns, events, partnerships, and reporting to drive pipeline and ROI.

Own and ship front-end and full-stack product features from concept to deployment. Write well-tested code, improve frontend architecture and performance, maintain backend services and databases, design excellent UX, and lead technical customer engagements to translate feedback into product improvements.

Design and implement optimization algorithms and 3D placement logic for MEP problems. Translate real-world MEP scenarios into code, build collision detection and routing systems, and work on performance-critical, computational geometry and optimization systems in a modern C++ codebase.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ core services and Python integrations. Architect foundational frameworks for generative workflows, ensure system reliability and scalability, integrate capabilities with Optimization and Product teams, and establish code standards, testing protocols, and improvements to developer experience.

Build and own the Revit/BIM integration layer: design architecture, implement Revit add-ins, translate generative outputs into production-ready models, collaborate with core engineering and customers, and establish BIM standards and scalable workflows.

Build and ship full‑stack product features for a browser-based CAD application: own front-end architecture and UX, maintain backend services (APIs, Postgres on GCP), write well-tested high-performance code (including C++ core), and lead customer-facing technical engagements to turn feedback into product improvements.

Own technical customer success from late-stage sales through adoption: support discovery calls, lead onboarding and training (on-site and online), monitor first 0–90 days, drive product feedback into roadmap, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring long-term value realization.
