Lead and manage regional dealer sales teams and core accounts administration to grow sales and market share. Occasional domestic travel (up to 20%).

Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure teams and operations across networks, compute, storage, backup, datacenter, and cloud. Drive architecture, modernization, SLA compliance, incident management, vendor performance, automation, SOPs, and team development to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure supporting production and development environments.

Perform month-end close tasks, prepare journal entries and ensure GL accuracy. Lead inventory financial processes (standard costing, reconciliation, reporting). Analyze revenue and expenses, support audits, forecasting, and ad-hoc projects. Collaborate with sales, operations, and treasury to align financials and identify process improvements.

Design and develop forklift components and systems, create fabricated assemblies and brackets, produce welding and assembly drawings, manage parts lists and engineering change documentation, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and use 3D CAD and PDM tools to meet development schedules.

Support total rewards through benefits administration, annual enrollment, tuition assistance, and compensation analysis. Maintain HRIS data in ADP, run workforce and compensation reports, support PayFactors job structure, and provide benefits training and communications.

Lead DFMA/VAVE initiatives to reduce product cost and improve manufacturability. Propose and test redesigns, perform should-cost and DFM analyses, evaluate supplier capabilities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable cost savings and manufacturing improvements.

Perform financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and consolidation for North American entities. Extract and analyze data using SQL, Cognos, R, and Python; build executive-ready reports with Power BI and Tableau. Execute monthly close in SAP, conduct variance analysis, automate reporting, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with executive stakeholders.
