Perform accounts payable and general accounting tasks including reconciliations, month-end close, SOX/SEC compliance support, audit assistance, cost allocation, inventory system support, process improvements, ad-hoc projects, and cross-department coordination while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Define creative vision, brief agencies, oversee pre-production, on-set and post-production, manage DAM and usage rights, track budgets and invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets on time and on brand.

Lead and complete accounting activities across disciplines (AR/AP, cost, financial reporting, inventory, payroll). Temporary maternity-cover engineering role in Production Support. Provide hands-on support to production operations, troubleshoot process issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain manufacturing quality and uptime.

Perform month-end close tasks, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage inventory costing, support standard cost calculations and cost audits, collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes, ensure GAAP and SOX/SEC compliance, and support ad-hoc projects.

Lead SEC reporting activities including preparing GAAP and non-GAAP disclosures in Workiva, drafting MD&A and footnotes, coordinating reviews with auditors and legal, performing technical accounting research, managing stock/share-based compensation and EPS calculations, supporting SOX documentation and audit schedules, and driving continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls.
