Manage financial reporting, month- and year-end closes, statutory filings and audits. Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, AP/AR, payroll and internal controls. Analyze manufacturing costs, perform variance analysis, maintain financial systems, and mentor junior accounting staff to improve processes and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local tax regulations.

Lead HR functions for the Uganda site in the pharmaceutical sector, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance with Ugandan labor law, performance management, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS management, and workforce planning to support business objectives.
