Provide warm, hospitable front‑office support for Alliance Northwest: answer phones and email, manage filings, reimbursements, deposits, supplies, event logistics, vehicle and maintenance coordination, and assist executive administrators and special projects. Support spiritual and ministry activities as part of a C&MA ministry role.

Provide intermediate-to-advanced help desk support and IT project assistance: troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software, manage AD accounts, maintain assets and ticketing, deploy mobile devices, create documentation and user training, support events, and perform occasional after-hours or travel support.

Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing & Communications and Development leadership, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation and follow-up, managing communications inbox, coordinating events, tracking project timelines and deliverables, reconciling P-cards, assisting with invoices and interoffice charges, monitoring budgets and inventory, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Lead and maintain operations across facilities, finance, HR, and technology to support ministry. Manage facilities, vendor contracts, budgets, staffing infrastructure, Planning Center usage, compliance, and improvement projects to ensure safe, welcoming, and well-run church operations.

Lead production and technical support for worship services, live broadcasts, and major events. Manage weekend service production, develop volunteers, solve technical issues, and coordinate rehearsals, planning, and event support with Worship and Online Ministries leaders.
