Support day-to-day accounting for multi-site pharmacy and clinic operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, location-level financial reporting, cash tracking, and process improvements. Work with finance team on acquisitions, new site launches, and improving controls and close timelines.

Lead expansion and management of 340B programs across owned pharmacies: source and negotiate covered-entity partnerships, build playbooks, coordinate operational implementations, ensure compliance and audit readiness, track program performance, and partner with finance, legal, and pharmacy teams to scale 340B growth.

Work with the CEO on financial strategy, build and own detailed company- and site-level financial models, support equity and debt fundraising, prepare investor materials and manage diligence, analyze new market entry and transactions, track performance metrics and build dashboards, and provide cross-functional financial guidance.
