Lead the accounting department for a new continuing care retirement community: oversee GL/AP/AR/payroll, monthly financial reporting, audits, budgets, trust reconciliations, Medicare billing, compliance, and staff training. Provide financial analysis, cash forecasting, and on-call director coverage.

Manage lead acquisition, sales processing, and waitlist for future residents. Supervise and train the Marketing Assistant, maintain records in Smartsheet and Yardi, produce marketing and sales reports, handle payments and invoices, support marketing events and communications, and provide resident-facing customer service and community tours.

Support the Marketing team with front-office duties, lead and move-in logistics, database maintenance, event coordination, clerical tasks, and resident orientation to ensure smooth operations and readiness for move-ins.
