Maintains employee personnel records and HRIS data, coordinates new-hire orientations and employee activities, supports recruiting screenings and reference checks, responds to HR policy questions, and assists the HR team with administrative projects. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a new continuing care retirement community in Woodland Hills, California.

The Human Resources Generalist manages recruiting, candidate screening, onboarding, benefits enrollment, workers’ compensation reporting, leave administration, certifications, exits, performance evaluation tracking, employee relations, HR policies, and reporting. The role partners with the HR Director and department leaders to support employees and maintain compliance. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the opening of a new continuing care retirement community in Woodland Hills, California.

Manage and optimize enterprise digital marketing across websites, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM. Oversee agency partners, ensure data integrity and integrations (Salesforce CRM, marketing automation), monitor performance and budgets, perform QA on sites and campaigns, develop dashboards and reports, and recommend optimizations to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI while supporting multi-location reputation and local search efforts.

Lead the accounting department for a new continuing care retirement community: oversee GL/AP/AR/payroll, monthly financial reporting, audits, budgets, trust reconciliations, Medicare billing, compliance, and staff training. Provide financial analysis, cash forecasting, and on-call director coverage.

Manage lead acquisition, sales processing, and waitlist for future residents. Supervise and train the Marketing Assistant, maintain records in Smartsheet and Yardi, produce marketing and sales reports, handle payments and invoices, support marketing events and communications, and provide resident-facing customer service and community tours.

Support the Marketing team with front-office duties, lead and move-in logistics, database maintenance, event coordination, clerical tasks, and resident orientation to ensure smooth operations and readiness for move-ins.
