Provide systems administration with an emphasis on Information Assurance for Department of the Navy enclaves: coordinate ATO/IA requirements with government cybersecurity personnel, maintain IA certifications and PKI, execute and analyze vulnerability scans and remediate vulnerabilities, ensure media protection compliance, perform hardware/software installations, preventive maintenance, backups/DR, system monitoring, documentation, reporting, and end-user support.

Design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end hardware, software, network systems and applications. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, assist project teams through control gates, respond to incidents to restore functionality, integrate customer systems, and maintain awareness of IT trends and projects.

Manage all aspects of a defense program including technical, staffing, cost, schedule, security and sponsor relationships. Plan and execute deliverables, procurement, transition activities, compliance, reporting, and lead a program team to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective performance.

Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and material handling; plan, execute, and track international shipments; coordinate with government personnel and freight forwarders; perform market research and procure equipment; support facility management and physical loading/unloading; maintain accurate counts and labeling; perform administrative communication and problem-solving tasks.

Provide lead INFOSEC support for classification and declassification policy, reviews, training, and audits. Conduct gap analyses, prepare draft guidance and reports, perform ADR/MDR reviews, maintain OCA records, and support requests and meetings for NGB and JFHQ-State. Create and deliver training materials and coordinate security classification guide procedures and mandatory reporting.

Design, implement, and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP/OpenStack) with high availability, storage (NetApp), Windows and Linux integration, automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and migration/POC support. Collaborate with architects and dev teams to build, document, and operate resilient managed services.
