Supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and general HR administration for warehouse, transportation, office, and other employees. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks, conducting orientations, maintaining HRIS and employee records, assisting with safety training and workers’ compensation, supporting benefits and employee communications, and providing HR coverage when needed. The role requires regular interaction with employees and managers across operational environments.
