Leads Willow Creek’s marketing, communications, digital, social, public relations, advertising, and SEO strategies across campuses. Owns the digital platform ecosystem and audience journey, drives demand generation and long-term growth, manages advertising performance, supports social media direction, and develops the Marcom team. Uses data and analytics to connect spiritually curious audiences with Willow Creek and guide them toward deeper engagement.

Lead end-to-end video production for services, campaigns, and digital platforms: concepting, directing, shooting, and heavy post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics). Manage studio, equipment, crews, schedules, and collaborate across teams to deliver cinematic, mission-driven films that engage church and faith-exploring audiences.

Lead and develop a volunteer technical arts team and manage all production (audio, lighting, video) for weekend services and special events. Recruit, train, and coach volunteers, maintain and troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with pastors and worship leaders, and ensure consistent, distraction-free worship experiences.
