Provide technical leadership and people management, oversee operations, projects, change management, monitoring, SLAs, vendor relationships, and collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, and application teams to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

Lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into applications and workflows, manage Agile development, perform upgrades, configure ITSM modules, integrate third-party APIs, ensure platform reliability, and provide technical leadership and training.

Lead and manage a systems development team to design, build, and deliver scalable, secure applications. Oversee agile processes, backend and integration architecture, cloud adoption, CI/CD, automated testing, and cross-functional coordination. Mentor developers, manage vendors, ensure compliance with privacy standards, and contribute to technology roadmaps and budget oversight.

Support departmental financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, grant and contract budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, performance monitoring, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and funding requirements.
