Execute outbound prospecting: build targeted lists, research accounts/contacts, create and run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), generate qualified meetings and pipeline, support Account Executives, and maintain Salesforce hygiene while testing and improving messaging and sequences.

Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Auto-IT web applications and infrastructure: install and configure IIS/web services, manage AD, backups, firewalls, endpoint protection, troubleshoot incidents, maintain documentation, and escalate to Level 3 as needed.
