Manage apartment community operations alongside the Property Manager, including resident accounts, rent collection, leasing, occupancy records, reporting, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident service, evictions, and community events. The role also supports accounts payable, invoice and purchase-order reconciliation, resident retention, issue resolution, and accurate property records while contributing to team leadership and community engagement.
