Oversee daily sales operations and staff, set and monitor team goals, manage inventory and deals, ensure CRM accuracy and compliance, support quoting and F&I collaboration, resolve customer issues, and participate in promotional events to optimize dealership performance.

Support design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across multiple dealership locations. Perform benchmarking, evaluate pay structures (base, commission, draw, incentives), create sales pay plans, maintain HRIS compensation data, generate reports/dashboards, ensure compliance with pay regulations, partner with HR/Finance/leadership on offers and promotions, and support process improvements and compensation strategy.

Serve as the liaison between customers and lenders to secure financing, structure payments, present F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance, complete finance paperwork, track F&I performance, and meet finance income and product sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily sales operations and a team of 4–20 staff: manage schedules, quotas, and leads; coach sales staff; ensure accurate CRM and desk deals via Motility/VIN Solutions; coordinate with GSM and F&I; monitor inventory and appraise trades; resolve customer issues; participate in events; enforce compliance and inventory standards.
