Generates new club memberships through lead generation, outreach, appointments, facility tours, and sales follow-up. Provides welcoming customer service, uses membership software, and works varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Participates in a cross-club management training program covering membership sales, fitness, aquatics, childcare, youth programs, food and beverage, spa, facilities, member services, HR, and financial management. Cross-trains across departments, completes management assignments, supports events and membership sales, learns club software and financial processes, and may serve as an interim department manager. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, coaching, budgeting, payroll review, revenue generation, expense control, and policy compliance.

Leads membership sales performance across an assigned market, recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Membership Advisors. Establishes sales expectations, monitors performance, implements lead management and sales processes, and partners with club managers and marketing to drive membership growth, retention, and market penetration. Analyzes sales metrics and competitor activity, supports promotional initiatives, attends community events, and travels frequently among clubs to provide leadership and coaching.

Generates new club memberships by prospecting, making calls, producing leads, scheduling appointments, touring prospective members, and meeting sales goals. Maintains member satisfaction and retention through relationship building, follow-up, issue resolution, and communication about club events. Promotes memberships and programs, operates membership management software, and supports club activities and cleanliness. Requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
