Lead and train commercial administrative staff, enforce SOPs, manage credit procedures, subcontractor/vendor compliance, and support cross-branch workflows and revenue processing.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and data models from SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SaaS, and internal apps. Ensure data quality, monitor ingestion, optimize Snowflake performance, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver dashboards and analytics, and recommend data architecture improvements.

Lead strategy and execution for logistics services sales (commercial moving, warehousing, transportation). Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, grow a personal book of business, guide marketing and RFP responses, track results, and adjust tactics to meet revenue goals while targeting industries like healthcare and hospitality.
