Administer, configure, and improve HubSpot CRM, managing marketing automation, workflows, analytics and integrations (e.g., Salesforce). Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronisation, collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design scalable automation, maintain data quality, and document processes for the Platform Operations team.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI systems and autonomous agents. Implement RAG and multi-agent orchestration, package models as scalable serverless APIs, integrate with enterprise platforms, and ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance in cloud-native environments.

Build a high-quality enterprise pipeline through strategic, AI-enabled outbound prospecting. Engage and qualify stakeholders across functions, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and AI teams, and continuously improve scalable outreach strategies for long-term B2B SaaS growth.
