Lead and oversee accounts payable operations, restructure AP approval and corporate card processes, document cash disbursement procedures, reconcile AP to the general ledger, coordinate with other departments and Financial Controller on taxes, audits, intercompany Yardi module, and ensure timely, documented payments for properties and loans.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage correspondence and scheduling, proofread legal and transaction documents, assist with property acquisition analysis, produce and analyze internal reports, coordinate projects, perform research, liaise with partners, and handle confidential financial and legal information.

Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations, train and supervise staff, redesign AP approval and corporate credit card processes, document cash disbursement procedures, reconcile sub-ledger to GL, coordinate Yardi/PayScan/ILS integrations, assist Financial Controller with tax returns, audits, and special projects, and ensure timely payment and documentation for property and loan purchases.
