This position plays a key role in managing legal documentation, supporting transactional matters, and maintaining corporate and property-related records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate law, contract management, and corporate governance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review, draft, and organize legal and real estate documentation related to acquisitions, sales, and financing. 
  • Conduct due diligence for property transactions, including title searches and review of legal encumbrances. 
  • Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and transactional support. 
  • Maintain and organize corporate and property-related legal files, ensuring accessibility and proper record-keeping. 
  • Support corporate governance efforts by preparing resolutions, managing entity filings, and maintaining records. 
  • Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as directed by management to ensure smooth business operations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (paralegal certification preferred) 
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, property management, or a legal department within a real estate company 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal or real estate databases preferred 

Skills:  

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

Skills Required
