Identify and prospect business owners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads, present digital products, schedule demos, negotiate pricing, close deals, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and records.

Provide product expertise and consultative guidance to independent retailers to maximize product value. Manage client relationships, coordinate website/digital changes and promotions, conduct training and monthly reviews, lead webinars, handle technical escalations, and relay customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
