Provide administrative, HR, procurement, and operational support for the CEO's Office. Coordinate procurement and vendor engagement, maintain expenditure and asset records, manage office supplies and inventory, support recruitment and onboarding for special projects, assist event planning and facility readiness, and liaise between the CEO's office and support departments.

Lead the company's rebranding rollout and implement internal and external communications strategies. Manage website and social media, produce case studies and executive materials, coordinate media relations, and support alumni and stakeholder engagement campaigns.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO: manage calendar, travel, meetings; draft briefing notes, reports and talking points; track strategic initiatives; prepare presentations; conduct light research and coordinate with stakeholders.
