Role Summary

You will coordinate administrative, HR, procurement, and operational activities for the CEO’s Office and strategy execution. This role ensures that day-to-day support functions run smoothly and comply with institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement processes, vendor engagement, and office logistics.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding for special project hires.

  • Maintain accurate records of expenditures and procurement activities.

  • Ensure office supply and asset inventory management.

  • Assist with event planning, hospitality, and facility readiness for key engagements.

  • Act as the liaison between CEO’s office and support departments.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • 3–5 years administrative experience, preferably in the public sector or NGO.

  • Organized, detail oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
