Lead HR operations at a manufacturing plant including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, workforce analysis, HR compliance, reporting, and leadership development. Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition to improve retention, productivity, and plant culture while managing HR programs, investigations, payroll/benefits communication, and monthly facility reporting.

Provide front-office administrative and clerical support for plant operations: greet visitors, process purchase orders, communicate with vendors, manage mail and supplies, perform data entry, filing, reporting, and support safety, quality and scheduling as needed.

Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize productivity, labor efficiency, and manufacturing processes. Conduct time studies, develop labor standards, implement Lean tools (5S, SMED, Kanban), analyze operational metrics, develop dashboards, manage improvement projects, and standardize best practices to reduce scrap, improve OEE, and lower costs.
