Lead engineering and design teams to deliver petrochemical projects on schedule, within budget and quality standards. Manage contracts, project controls, estimates, change management, client relationships, reporting, construction support, and team performance while ensuring adherence to company processes and documentation.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables for process and manufacturing projects, including calculations, layouts, specifications, vendor drawing reviews, estimates, and construction support. Provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with codes (NEC) and standards (ISA), support startup, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams under general supervision.

Plan, develop, monitor, and update construction schedules and cost systems for heavy industrial projects. Manage change notice processes, perform estimating and quantity analysis, reconcile commitments and invoices, produce cost and schedule reports, and lead project controls coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Perform routine electrical and instrumentation design under supervision: produce layouts, single-line diagrams, connection and control panel drawings, cable schedules, material take-offs, calculations (lighting, voltage drop, wire/conduit sizing), review vendor drawings, assist onsite during startup, and coordinate with other disciplines using CAD and company design standards.

Perform routine electrical and instrumentation design tasks under supervision, producing layouts, schematics, calculations, material take-offs, and vendor drawing reviews. Support on-site startup, collaborate with other disciplines, assist drafters, and develop conceptual layouts and cost studies to deliver estimate-level and detailed design documentation.

Execute and supervise capital projects onsite including scope development, detailed design, construction monitoring, equipment selection, cost estimating, bid evaluation, and regulatory/safety compliance. Prepare process flow diagrams, P&IDs, design calculations, and project documentation while coordinating designers, contractors, and manufacturing stakeholders.

Lead mechanical engineering deliverables for pressure vessel and piping projects: perform stress analysis, design calculations, material and procurement specs, review vendor/fabrication drawings, support field startup, estimate costs/schedules, and mentor engineering staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects from scope through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, quality, change management, and project controls; lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate resources, maintain client relationships, review engineering and vendor submittals, and provide construction/start-up support.

Perform process engineering design tasks under supervision including conceptual layouts, preliminary and detailed calculations, vendor drawing reviews, field data collection, construction support, and use of process and hydraulic simulation tools to produce efficient, code-compliant designs.

Serve as the on-site liaison between construction crews and engineering: review and track construction drawings and revisions, manage and prioritize RFIs, communicate statuses, and support construction coordination under minimal supervision.
