Perform routine mechanical engineering designs and calculations under supervision, support piping layout and stress/flexibility analysis, produce preliminary estimates/material take-offs, assist drafters, review vendor drawings, and support on-site startup activities.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects from FEED through EPC and commissioning. Define scope, develop schedules, control budgets, lead cross-functional teams, oversee procurement and contractors, ensure HSE and regulatory compliance, manage risks and stakeholder communications, and lead change control, quality, and project closeout.

Support plant maintenance and reliability programs: develop and manage PM/PdM/CBM plans in SAP, perform criticality assessments, analyze reliability data, investigate failures, lead inspections and maintenance planning, recommend spare parts and reliability improvements, participate in PHAs/MOCs, and support outage and emergency maintenance activities.

Perform full process engineering design for pulp and paper projects under general supervision: establish design criteria, produce calculations and drawings, develop layouts and cost studies, review vendor submittals, support construction and procurement, mentor junior engineers, and participate in sales and client activities. Ensure designs meet codes, safety, constructability, operability, and client requirements.

Design electrical and instrumentation systems for process/manufacturing projects: produce calculations, drawings, equipment specs, cost estimates, and construction support. Review vendor/fabrication submittals, coordinate with disciplines, assist startup onsite, and mentor junior drafters and engineers while applying NEC and ISA standards.

Assist engineering staff with routine CAD and P&ID drawing maintenance, document control and filing in the Plant Document Room, and development of preliminary technical sketches under direct supervision.

Lead plant power and process control systems work, including specification, troubleshooting, standards, and technician development. Design and implement PLC/HMI/MES automation, validate PLC-to-MES data, support process improvement, and manage E&I projects and capital initiatives to improve safety, quality, reliability, and cost.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables for process and manufacturing projects: calculations, layouts, specifications, vendor drawing reviews, construction support, field data gathering, and mentorship under general supervision. Ensure code compliance, prepare estimates, material take-offs, and support startup and inter-discipline coordination.

Lead and deliver process engineering for large capital and multiple projects, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality. Produce and review designs, estimates, specifications, and simulations; mentor engineers, support proposals and sales, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and manage project controls and vendor packages.

Design and execute process engineering deliverables for chemical/biochemical projects: PFDs/P&IDs, calculations, safety reviews (PHAs/LOPAs), vendor reviews, CAD/model input, field checks, and cross-discipline coordination.
