Support day-to-day LTL freight operations by processing shipments, resolving BOL discrepancies, disputing incorrect charges, filing freight claims, building and adjusting orders in TMS, managing imports via Kanopi, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and maintaining rate and classification knowledge.

Coordinate and track shipments, schedule appointments, communicate with shippers/receivers/carriers, enter and maintain shipment and customer data in TMS/McLeod, resolve operational issues, support sales/carrier/accounting teams, build LTL orders, and develop account process plans to optimize transportation solutions.

Generate and qualify outbound leads for mid-to-large shippers, communicate transportation capabilities (FTL/LTL/intermodal), set meetings for sales, collaborate with account executives and operations on custom solutions, maintain CRM and pipeline, meet lead-generation targets, and track industry trends.
